Our Notaries

Lorne Mann

Lorne was raised in the Creston Valley and enjoys his time out of the office hiking in the surrounding mountains and finding new fishing holes. He has served on the board for the Society of Notaries Public for over 6 years as an advocate for rural communities. His wife Marianne supports him in his business endeavors and often acts as a document language translator.

Lisa Berry Vander Heide

Lisa works hard in the office, and just as hard outside of it. She is a competetive hockey player, playing locally and throughout the Kootenays in the mixed leagues. Lisa is no stranger to responsibility, having taught in various classroom environments, worked in administrative roles, and served as Superindent of Schools for the Athen's school district in Pennslyvania. She brings her same passion for education to her legal work.

Penny is the face of our office. She is your first step in all of our legal work, and she treats every person who comes through our door like they were family. From start to finish, Penny ensures you leave smiling.

Lisa Fairbrother

Real Estate and Commercial Conveyance Specialist

Lisa has tackled every part of the Legal Services business. She specializes in facilitating business and conveyance transactions, including mortgages. Lisa enjoys spending part of each year in Merida, Mexico.

Joanne Endicott

Subdivision and Real Estate Conveyance Specialist

Joanne helps developers navigate through difficult subdivisions, ensuring that nothing is overlooked. She also specializes in property transactions and mortgages. She is a integral part of helping run our Junior B hockey team.
